Tarari Inc., the award-winning acceleration company, won the prestigious UC San Diego CONNECT Most Innovative New Product (MIP) Award in the hardware category for the company's Tarari Anti-Virus Content Processor. The Anti-Virus Content Processor, which snaps into network servers, scans for viruses at wire speed and eliminates performance bottlenecks by accelerating and offloading the complex algorithms used by leading anti-virus applications. Twenty distinguished judges selected the winners based on a company's ability to demonstrate the technology's innovation, technological advancement and potential for commercial success.
