Miller Brewing Company Selects Accenture and Cognos

Accenture and Cognos have been selected by Miller Brewing Company, America's 2nd largest brewer, to implement a performance management (CPM) solution across Miller's commercial organization within the U.S. The initiative is aimed at enhancing Miller's operational and financial performance management. As a result, Miller Brewing Company will gain better visibility of its business, improved ability to plan, shortened decision cycles and increased accountability with greater alignment to monitor performance against priorities. Cognos' solution for CPM is comprised of: Cognos Enterprise BI Series, a comprehensive business intelligence solution, Cognos Planning and consolidation solutions, industry-leading software for planning, budgeting, modeling, forecasting and financial consolidation; and Cognos Metrics Manager, a flexible enterprise scorecarding application.
