SGI and VizEveryWhere Enter Into U.S. Reseller Agreement

SGI's Professional Services Organization to Offer Viz3D, VizEveryWhere's Affordable Easy-to-Use Immersive Visualization Solution -- Silicon Graphics, a global leader in high-performance computing, storage and advanced visualization and VizEveryWhere, LLC, an integrator of affordable visualization solutions, announced a United States reseller agreement whereby SGI will sell VizEveryWhere's Viz3D immersive visualization solution to customers through SGI's Professional Services organization. SGI and VizEveryWhere's partnership will allow customers to extend the value of visualization throughout the organization by enabling workgroups to easily deploy and use visualization as a tool. VizEveryWhere's Viz3D is an integrated package that includes electronics, projectors, power, and connectivity. Compatible with any hardware platform that supports a graphics card with stereo signal output, it simplifies visualization for researchers and educators. With screen sizes ranging from five feet to 10 feet wide, Viz3D is extremely flexible and can be deployed either as a portable solution or as a permanently mounted front or rear projected display.
