Over the past 10-months, UBICS has had an increasing number of projects utilizing .NET technologies. The organization has strategically focused on developing this practice due to client and market demand for experienced Web Services expertise. UBICS is now poised to offer comprehensive .NET/Web Services either onsite, offshore, onshore or any combination that give organizations the greatest value at the lowest cost. Chris Keim will manage the ongoing development of UBICS' .NET/Web Services Practice and build a "center of excellence" for Web Services technologies. Chris has vast experience in building profitable technology business units and has been successful bridging the gap between leading-edge technology and business strategy, utilizing leadership skills that promote organizational flexibility and high productivity. Areas of expertise include technologies such as .NET Framework, ASP, IIS, C#, MS SQL, J2EE, JSP and Java. Chris joins UBICS from Soleil Technologies, LLC, a technology firm providing software development services using JAVA / J2EE based technologies. As Managing Director and Founder of Soleil, Chris launched 3 business units specializing in energy, healthcare and mobile technologies. Prior to Soleil Technologies, Chris was the Director of Internet/eCommerce Development at Consolidated Natural Gas. Chris managed the development and implementation of corporate application systems including a $3 million dollar gas trading application. He was also responsible for the design, development and maintenance of corporate wide software applications.
