Online Tech Hosts Cloud Computing Disaster Recovery Webinars with HiperLogic

Continuing with their commitment to offering educational cloud computing webinars and seminars, Online Tech will host two new free webinars on cloud computing disaster recovery and backup starting Tuesday, June 7th at 2pm.

Rod Mach, Principal of HiperLogic, will lead the first webinar entitled, “Cloud Computing for Backup & Disaster Recovery,” that will explore how cloud computing technologies VMWare and VEEAM enable robust and secure backup and IT disaster recovery options. In addition, this session will compare disaster recovery in the cloud vs traditional backup paradigms and explain the benefits of using cloud computing.

Rodney Mach is a High Performance Computing (HPC), Cloud, and Virtualization consultant with HiperLogic with over fourteen years of industry experience. He is a published author and invited speaker in HPC, Virtualization, and technical computing. He is also President of the Ann Arbor Virtualization User Group at aavug.org, and a VMware vExpert 2010.

The following week, June 14th at 2pm, two of Online Tech’s system engineers, Steve Van Til and Mike Flaherty will continue with a follow-up webinar on additional IT disaster recovery options and provide further clarity on the current disaster recovery and cloud computing hosting landscape.

In addition to the series of educational webinars, Online Tech also hosts cloud computing seminars in the Metro-Detroit area and is holding another cloud computing seminar, “Y 2 Cloud?” at NextEnergy Auditorium in Detroit, MI on June 21st.
