NOAA climate and weather experts will review key findings from the September U.S. and Global Climate reports and provide an outlook for the temperature, precipitation and hazard predictions for this fall and winter. The monthly and seasonal analyses from NOAA’s National Climatic Data Center and Climate Prediction Center are part of the suite of climate services NOAA provides government, business and community leaders so they can make informed decisions to help protect life and property and their economic livelihood.
