Acuatico Air Indonesia Selects Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing and Oracle Utilities Business Intelligence to Enhance Customer Service

Acuatico Air Indonesia selected Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing and Oracle Utilities Business Intelligence to meet its requirements for billing, campaign management and customer relationship management for water distribution operations in Indonesia.

With aggressive timelines to roll out a billing application, Acuatico Air Indonesia selected Oracle as the more efficient and most cost effective solution.

Using the Oracle solutions, Acuatico Air Indonesia hopes to better handle campaign operations and cashiering, as well as customer complaint management. Acuatico Air Indonesia also plans to integrate its current customer data into the Oracle solutions.
