LeadMaster Chooses Force10 Networks' Switches to Power Network Upgrade

Force10 Networks has announced that LeadMaster has selected high-performance, low-latency top-of-rack S-Series access switches from Force10 Networks.

According to a release, the Atlanta-based customer relationship management (CRM) software provider selected Force10 1/10 Gigabit Ethernet switches as part of an overall network refresh designed to improve reliability and performance and better position the business for rapid changes in the marketplace.

The S50N access switch runs on the modular Force10 Operating System (FTOS), which delivers the stability and management functionality required in virtualized deployments. For example, Force10's VirtualView software provides real-time network and application traffic monitoring for virtualized data centers. FTOS leverages a distributed, multiprocessor architecture coupled with non-blocking, low-latency switching to offer the performance capabilities that LeadMaster wanted as it built out its next-generation environment.
