CESGA Lecture Series: 'WikiLeaks changes the Web again?'

In the series of conferences organized by the Spanish Chapter of the Internet Society ( ISOC-ES ) on Thursday January 27 pose an interesting topic for discussion: Does WikiLeaks change the Internet again? By Luis Angel Fernández Hermana.
The WikilLeaks phenomenon has burst spectacularly  on a global stage, which is only possible by the existence of the Internet. The questions asked and makes us lecturer are:
• Does it change again WikiLeaks Internet address, as did the web entry, after blogs and social media called ...?
• Does a demand to generate new knowledge in the net?
• What organizations would be able to take on this challenge?
