Redstone has become Arista Networks' first Tier 1 accredited Direct VAR Partner in the UK.  This agreement, which is effective immediately, will bring mission-critical data centre focused technologies into Redstone's portfolio, and deliver high performance Ethernet systems for the most IT intensive businesses.

On signing the agreement, Tony Weaver, CEO of Redstone commented: "This complements our existing technology partnerships including Cisco and Extreme Networks. Redstone's emerging technology solutions are aimed at helping clients improve critical aspects of their IT related business processes.  The partnership with Arista supports Redstone's intention to offer innovative technologies that integrate with existing infrastructure whilst delivering significant benefits in terms of cost, performance and reliability.

Over the past few months technical teams at Redstone have successfully completed the highest levels of training and certification whilst working closely with Arista. The agreement covers the full Arista portfolio of Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet switches and related services.
