Blackwave Announces Its Advanced Video Delivery Technology Has Been Acquired by Juniper Networks

Blackwave has announced its advanced video delivery technology has been acquired by Juniper Networks. With this acquisition, Juniper Networks gains the advanced next-generation Blackwave video delivery technology which addresses the massive delivery requirements of very large Internet content providers, including content publishers, video aggregators, telcos, wireless network operators, Cable/IPTV providers and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).

Rizika and Blackwave Chief Technology Officer Mike Kilian began developing the Blackwave video delivery technology in 2007. The technology reflects their combined decades of experience and expertise in building and leading successful technology companies, and extends their track record of success in bringing advanced products to market. Adam Rizika, Head of Sales and Marketing, was instrumental in expanding the company's global presence.
