NextIO has announced a new rebate program for customers purchasing vCORE Express products from now through December 15, 2010.

The rebate program applies to customers purchasing vCORE Express 2050 and vCORE Express 2070 products. Each vCORE Express 2070 purchased is eligible for a $500 rebate and vCORE Express 2050 purchased will receive a $250 rebate. NextIO vCORE Express is a 1U GPU consolidation appliance that enables servers or workstations access to either four NVIDIA M2070 GPU's or four NVIDIA M2050 GPU's depending on the model. NextIO has collaborated closely with NVIDIA to deliver these systems through existing NVIDIA sales channels and the NVIDIA Tesla Preferred Partner network.

To take advantage of the rebate offer, customers who purchase units through their sponsored reseller will need to order units between now and December 15, 2010, and request delivery by December 31, 2010. NextIO will make every effort to ship products by the end of the year, depending on demand.

"We are extremely pleased to offer this program to our customers just after product launch," said Kerry Reid, vice president of channel sales, NextIO. "Many of our HPC customers are preparing their datacenters for 2011, and the timing of this rebate program will provide them with a great start."

vCORE Express Products were announced at the NVIDIA GPU Technical Conference in late September 2010 and are available now. NextIO will provide a live demonstration of vCORE Express products at Supercomputing 2010 (SC10), New Orleans Convention Center, November 15 – 18, booth 1156.
