StarWind Software announce the release of a the EcoVault SAN.

Under the OEM agreement, VeryPC's customers now have access to StarWind's SAN software, opening a new door for SMB's to take advantage of a highly available, fault-tolerant iSCSI SAN. Using a powerful combination of StarWind iSCSI SAN features such as Active-Active Highly Available Storage nodes, Synchronous Data Mirroring with Automatic Failover, Replication, CDP (Continuous Data Protection) and Snapshots customers can purchase a total SAN solution with hardware and software supported by a single vendor.

VeryPC's EcoVault SANs use StarWind iSCSI software running on a Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 OS with Intel processors. Providing up to 72TB capacity with optional 90TB expansion boxes, High Availability in a 2U form factor, an EcoVault 200 SAN provides significant benefits for customers looking for a truly reliable SAN with cost effective, energy efficient, high performance hardware. StarWind iSCSI SAN Software is qualified for use with all the leading hypervisors including VMware, Hyper-V and XenServer.
