Eurotech announces the launch of a new family of rugged handheld mobile computers: the HRC-4200 and the HRC-3100. The devices are both running Windows CE 5.0 OS and are based on the low power PXA architecture.

The HRC-4200 is a rugged powerful handheld computer featuring a unique large half VGA color display. The HRC-4200 is designed for use in a wide range of mobile applications to extend enterprise computing within, as well as far beyond, company grounds. HRC-4200 brings high performance and efficient operation to the user, enhancing productivity to benefit both the company and its customers.

With its built-in WWAN, WLAN, Bluetooth and IrDA interfaces, HRC-4200 is an impressive device for a mobile user who needs to collect, process and communicate information at the point of activity.

Through the integrated barcode scanner, data can be automatically acquired without the risk of input errors. Moreover, a highly sensitive integrated GPS receiver allows car navigation, fleet management and secure proof of delivery (POD), supported by on-screen signature capture or the use of an integrated Smart Card reader.

Eurotech HRC-3100 is a rugged ergonomic designed mobile computer. The small, compact, lightweight design along with the high IP rating (IP54) make the HRC-3100 suitable for being used in a wide range of applications such as retail stores, warehousing, field services, manufacturing or supply chain. HRC-3100 brings high performance and efficiency of operation to the user, enhancing productivity and providing benefits for both the company and the user.
