Appro Launches Network Attached Storage
Appro, a leading provider of high-performance enterprise computing announces the availability of its new Appro AR3015 network-attached storage (NAS) system added to the Appro Storage Family of products. The new AR3015 NAS boosts network capacity while providing simple anagement and redundant features. The new AR3015 NAS is powered by Linux embedded OS with easy to use web-based storage management interface offering considerable advantages over direct-attached storage, including improved performance, scalability, reliability and availability. This storage system is ideal for data sharing and storage hungry applications in high-density environments enabling IT organizations to automate and greatly simplify their data management operations. The Appro AR3015 NAS, 3U high-density profile storage system features up to 6 terabytes of easy-to-manage storage capacity with 15 SATA hot-swap hard disk bays, giving network administrators enterprise-level features such as data mirroring and fail-over, snapshot data recovery and UPS support for mission critical applications.
