The power delivery sub-system can be configured to control input supply current from each of multiple input power sources, to maximize the total overall power delivered to the graphics platform. Also, the controller allows the power delivery sub-system to reduce power consumption during idle compute cycles, improving the system’s overall efficiency of the system.
