US Highland Signs New Master Regional Dealer

US Highland has announced that the Company has signed two regional master dealers.

The Company's strategy is to build a network of 10 regional or master dealerships that sell, develop and support territorially defined dealerships within their region. A major benefit to the dealers, besides superior quality and performance of Highland motorcycles, is that the bikes are custom fit for each customer, which is combined with a normal two week factory delivery eliminating the need of inventory. Highland dealers need only a limited number of bikes for demonstration purposes. Without extensive inventory need, flooring costs are dramatically reduced, creating enhanced cash management and credit risk reduction and impacting the gross margin of each Highland product sold.

Kurt King, Senior Marketing Agent for Dealer Services and Promotions, commented, "This is very exciting for Highland. We now have our third regional dealership and we have 2 more in the closing process with applicants in all 10 regions. At this point, we are well on our way to have all 10 US Highland regional dealerships closed by December 31, 2010. Our Dealers are excited for our Highland product release in the 1st quarter of 2011."

Darin Long, Chief Operating Officer of US Highland, Inc., stated, "Our regional dealers are key to the Highland distribution and support model. Each of our Regional Dealers will have a chair on our US Highland Regional Dealer Board that will help US Highland address market conditions, implementation of dealership best practices, provide guidance on ramping new product launches and the execution of internal R&D activities."
