Chelsio Communications has announced that it is supplying Sans Digital with its high-performance 10Gb Ethernet adapters for Sans Digital's EliteNAS enterprise NAS storage systems.

Sans Digital is a leading provider of high-capacity multi-functional advanced storage solutions. The EliteNAS enterprise series NAS are award-winning, high performance Linux and Windows NAS storage systems with iSCSI target support. EliteNAS is intended for enterprise customers in high performance computing, virtualization, enterprise and datacenter environments. Pairing the EliteNAS system with Chelsio 10Gb Ethernet S320 adapters enables it to support 10G networking infrastructure and offload TCP and iSCSI processing tasks from the host computer CPU. The offload capability of the Chelsio S320 adapters result in increased performance and available bandwidth, delivering unparallel 10G performance for enterprise and datacenter networks.
