Thomas A. Corcoran Joins ONPATH Technologies as Chairman of the Board
ONPATH Technologies has announced that it has appointed Thomas (Tom) A. Corcoran as Chairman of its Board of Directors. Mr. Corcoran currently serves as a senior advisor to the Carlyle Group, one of the world's largest private equity firms, and is president of Corcoran Enterprises, LLC, a management-consulting firm. As Chairman, Mr. Corcoran will provide guidance to ONPATH and governance to its current Board of Directors.
Before becoming a senior advisor, Mr. Corcoran was president and CEO of Gemini Air Cargo, a Carlyle Group Company, where he successfully led their business restructuring. Currently, for The Carlyle Group, he is a director of ARINC, a global leader in transportation communications and systems engineering services. Prior to his roles with Carlyle, Mr. Corcoran was president and CEO of Allegheny Teledyne, leading them through their restructuring into three separate public companies. He also served as president and COO of Lockheed Martin's Electronics and Space sectors, and president of the Electronics Group of Martin Marietta, a position he assumed following the sale of GE Aerospace to Martin Marietta.
Mr. Corcoran began his career at General Electric Company where he was elected a corporate officer and rose to the number two position in G.E. Aerospace as Vice President and General Manager, GE Aerospace Operations. Mr. Corcoran currently serves on the boards of three US-listed public companies: L-3 Communications, REMEC and LaBarge He is also a director with Aer Lingus headquartered in Ireland, and UK-based Serco He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Stevens Institute of Technology and is a Trustee Emeritus at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Mr. Corcoran will join ONPATH's current Board of Directors: Jim Huston of Blueprint Ventures, Oded Weiss of L-Capital Partners, Michael Frendo of Infinera Corporation, and Brian McCann from ONPATH Technologies.
