Searchlight Solutions announced as a corporate update that the Company is making progress on a number of business and corporate fronts.

Firstly, the Company's accountants are progressing well in their preparation of the Consolidated Financial Statements to show the revenues of its Linux Labs acquisition on a combined basis. Although no specific date is set for completion of the Financial Statements, management plans to promptly post them after completion.

Secondly, Linux Labs is continuing to develop and grow its core Cluster Computer and software business. Management is optimistic their renewed marketing efforts will increase sales for this fiscal year.

Management is feeling positive about several activities surrounding its businesses and believes the near term and long term outlook is encouraging. The Company looks forward to providing more announcements to its shareholders as developments and milestones are achieved.
