Michael Logan brings extensive senior-level experience in high-technology sales and business development

NextIO has announced that Michael Logan has joined the company as Director of Sales for EMEA. In his new role, Michael Logan will spearhead the development of NextIO’s presence within all sales channels and OEM markets throughout Europe, in addition to promoting the company’s existing portfolio of next-generation network consolidation solutions.

“Michael will orchestrate NextIO’s sales and business development efforts in the EMEA region, and will be a key driver in ramping up sales for our vCORE and vSTOR suite of products in those areas,” said Mike Heumann, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing, NextIO. “He has a keen understanding of what it takes to successfully drive significant sales results and we are excited to have him on our team.”

Prior to joining NextIO, Michael Logan served as Business Development Manager at ZYCKO, where he was responsible for managing the company’s business growth, sales channels and partner relationships, as well as its high-growth application delivery controller (ADC) IO virtualization and storage products. Michael Logan also served as co-founder and sales director for The Channel IT Services, where he was personally responsible for more than 75 percent of the company’s sales and helped to demonstrate 100 percent growth for five consecutive years.
