Cognos, the world leader in business intelligence (BI) and corporate performance management, today announced that it has signed a multi- year agreement with The Boeing Company. The global manufacturer will use Cognos' enterprise business intelligence solution, including Cognos ReportNet, to provide common business reporting. Boeing joins leading global organizations who utilize Cognos performance management solutions to enhance their operational effectiveness. The Cognos solution, part of an enterprise-wide business intelligence initiative, will be utilized within Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Integrated Defense Systems, Shared Services Group, and Connexion by Boeing(SM). The Boeing Company provides products and services to customers in 145 countries.
