MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- SGI (NYSE: SGI) and Unique Digital, Inc. today announced a strategic alliance authorizing Unique Digital to resell the complete line of SGI® servers, workstations, visualization systems, software products and data management offerings in packaged solutions to several industries. Unique Digital will particularly focus on reselling SGI storage solutions, including CXFS(TM) 2.1, the SGI shared filesystem for heterogeneous storage area network (SAN) environments, and SGI SAN Server(TM) 1000, a turnkey SAN solution. The agreement partners industry-leading SGI supercomputing solutions with Unique Digital's systems integration expertise to provide a one-stop source for customers with specific high-performance computing and data management needs.
