Ethernet Alliance Members to Present at OIDA 100Gb Ethernet Workshop

Ethernet Alliance expands its membership with the addition of eight new members -- The Ethernet Alliance, an industry group dedicated to the continued success and expansion of Ethernet technology, today announced its participation at the Optoelectronics Industry Development Association (OIDA) workshop, “100Gb Ethernet: The Next Challenge for Communications Systems,” to be held August 29 at the Dolce Hayes Mansion in San Jose, CA. Members of the Ethernet Alliance, including Alessandro Barbieri and Joe Stewart of Cisco Systems and John D’Ambrosia of Force10 Networks, will participate in the session “100Gb Ethernet Network Perspective,” co-organized by OIDA and the Ethernet Alliance.
