EI will showcase the solution in their booth #2019 at SC2003, the Supercomputing conference, November 17-21 in Phoenix, AZ. Using standard 100 Mbps Ethernet, MPI-XF delivers more than 20 Mbytes/sec sustained bandwidth and less than 60 µsec latency (one half round trip time). Developers who have invested time and effort in MPI programming can leverage their work with EI’s solution to gain extreme performance for their applications, using existing hardware and Monster cables for maximum throughput. Pricing and Availability MPI-XF is immediately available on platforms running Microsoft Windows and Linux, with several selected UNIX systems in development, at a list price of $100 per processor.
