They also develop methods and capabilities to test and assess threats and vulnerabilities and prevent technology surprise and anticipate emerging threats. Joseph J. Doyle, Chief Technical Officer, and Director of Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis commented on the talks, "This is another move in the right direction for our company. There is a great deal of need out there for our Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis (MSA) division both nationally and internationally. We are intimately familiar with the process that the Department of Energy uses while performing their assessments. I look forward to finalizing our negotiations and beginning MSA work on their multiple defense applications and locations requiring security analysis." Clifford A. Lewis, President, and CEO commented, "The National Labs facilities across the nation have a primary goal of researching and developing cutting edge technology. Some of our folks have worked with them before on other projects. I have worked directly with the lab on some other projects in a previous position. With the significant position this contract will afford us we were waiting for the right moment to begin our discussions and now is definitely the time. They are great people to work with and when it all works out it will be an outstanding experience for both organizations. It potentially means a great deal of work for Strategy X and we look forward to it. This will definitely be a great experience for Strategy X as this can easily end up being the largest compounding work load we have deployed to date."
