Penguin Computing announced that Lisa Cummins has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Cummins brings over 20 years of experience as well as a thorough knowledge of mergers and acquisitions and corporate fundraising via debt and equity. In this role, Cummins will manage all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including corporate accounting, strategic financial planning, income taxes and corporate treasury.
