ANSYS, a global innovator of simulation software and technologies designed to optimize product development processes, today announced that its president and CEO, James E. Cashman III, will participate in a CEO panel discussion on April 26 at the Sand Hill Group's Software 2005 Conference in Santa Clara, CA. The conference is for CEOs and high-level executives in the software, services and solutions market. Cashman will join three other CEOs to discuss "Secrets of Sustained Success." The executives represent an elite group of companies that have compiled a record of five or more consecutive years of profitable growth. Those consecutive years of growth are the basis for inclusion on Cape Horn Strategies, Inc.'s 2005 Sustained Success Honor Roll, which will be announced at the beginning of the panel discussion. ANSYS ranks ninth on the list with nine consecutive years of growth and profitability and 2004 total revenues of $134.5 million. Last year, the company set new record highs for revenues, operating profit, net income and earnings per share for fourth quarter and annual results. Brian Turchin, president of Cape Horn Strategies, commented, "ANSYS is one of the best run companies in the software industry, consistently delivering better performance year-after-year."
