SMC Networks Expands Business and Channel Reach Through Partnership with Pomeroy IT Solutions

Partnership Will Provide Pomeroy's Clients Access to SMC's Comprehensive Line of High-Performance, Ultra-Reliable Network Infrastructure Solutions, Including Fully-Managed Gigabit and 10G Switches, High-Speed Wireless Solutions and Managed Service Platforms:
SMC Networks today announced that it continues to expand its channel relationships as SMC partners with technology and services solution provider Pomeroy IT Solutions, Inc., creating an alliance that will add SMC's line of networking solutions, including Gigabit and 10G network switches, wireless access points and managed service platforms, to Pomeroy's comprehensive offering of end-to-end enterprise IT infrastructure solutions. As SMC continues its growth strategy, its install base will be able to leverage Pomeroy's capabilities to expand their networking requirements.
The partnership with Pomeroy IT Solutions enables SMC to expand its business and channel reach without impacting SMC's existing channel relationships. SMC, which drives 100 percent of its sales through the channel, focuses on developing products and services that deliver value, quality and compatibility to enable its partners to gain net new business. Through this partnership, SMC will leverage Pomeroy's resources and channel contacts to expand its business into markets that were previously inaccessible through SMC's traditional channel organization.
