Former Oracle Applications Development Executive Joins Sales Performance Management Industry Leader: Callidus Software, the leader in Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM), today announced the appointment of Michael Graves as its new senior vice president of engineering. Graves brings with him more than a decade of developing market-leading enterprise applications. "Callidus' core focus is on incentive compensation and sales performance management.
